Pharmaceutical Grade L Cysteine from Ajinomoto
L-Cysteine has a wide range of uses. In the pharmaceutical industry it is used to improve hepatic function and pigmentation. In clinical nutrition L-Cysteine is added to amino acid infusions as an antioxidant agent. In the food industry it is used as an antioxidant for natural fruit juice products. Ajinomoto produces L-Cysteine using a chemical synthesis process. Ajinomoto does not use raw materials of animal origin or hair; some other manufacturers use those types of material. Our raw materials increase the purity of our product. Small Pack L-Cysteine is produced under cGMP conditions the same as bulk L-Cysteine. The main benefit of the 1 kg size is that revalidation is unnecessary as the project moves from development to scale up.
