Pharmaceutical Grade L-Alanine from Ajinomoto
L-Alanine is utilized in clinical nutrition and as an ingredient for pharmaceutical products such as therapeutics for prostate hypertrophy. It is also used for cell culture. In the food industry, L-Alanine is utilized to enrich nutrition in health foods and drinks. L-Alanine is manufactured using an initial fermentation process then an enzymatic process. Unlike some other amino acid manufacturers, Ajinomoto does not use raw materials of animal origin or hair. Ajinomoto’s advanced production techniques deliver a high-quality Alanine, the minimum assay result allowed is 98.5%. The 1 kg Small Pack is manufactured under cGMP conditions.
